Career
The firm was founded in 1974 by Dr. Hassan Ali Radhi, the Managing Partner of the firm, who has more than 45 years of legal experience and professionalism in the legal sector.

Hassan was admitted to the Bahrain Bar in 1974 and is authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court of Bahrain.

He practices in various areas, including banking and finance law, commercial law, and arbitration. He engages in both national and international arbitration, serving as an arbitrator and advisor (including institutional international arbitration such as ICC, LCIA, DIAC, and the GCC Arbitration Centre). Hassan also holds a foreign legal consultant license from the Supreme Court of Texas, USA.
