Before founding Stojković Attorneys, Miomir worked as a partner at prominent local law firms, serving a mix of institutional and private clients.During his four-year tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a senior lawyer, Miomir advised and represented a many of the largest corporate clients in Serbia and the region in matters related to tax litigation, resolution of commercial disputes, numerous regulatory and administrative matters, insolvencies and privatisations. Also, Miomir has particular experience in advising clients on various corporate and commercial issues as well as expertise in designing and implementing legally-efficient, tailor-made corporate concepts and solutions. He also assisted many corporate clients by performing investigations of targeted businesses (limited and full due diligence) prior to the signing of agreements and other transactional documents.Miomir obtained his law degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law and started his legal career after graduating in 2005.Prior to becoming a qualified attorney at law in Serbia, Miomir lived, worked and studied in London where he completed postgraduate management and business studies at London College.Miomir is an attorney at law, admitted to the Bar Association of Belgrade.
