Daniel is the managing partner of the firm. In addition to dealing with the day to day running of the firm, he is also an experienced lawyer and advocate.Daniel was trained and has practiced in city based law firms. He has been working in the legal industry for over 15 years now and during this time he has developed extensive experience in dealing with a range of legal matters and clients. In particular, Daniel specialises in immigration, family, litigation and criminal defence cases.Daniel has also worked for the national mental health charity Mind as an independent mental health advocate. Daniel’s job was to support individuals with severe mental health difficulties and represent them at Tribunals to ensure their cases were presented fairly and effectively. As a result, Daniel is extremely effective in working with sensitive and vulnerable clients.Daniel obtained a distinction for his masters’ degree in Human Rights and is particularly skilled in human rights applications.Prior to joining Ashton Ross Law, Daniel worked at a city based law firm as the compliance and complaints manager.
