Buket Zen is a qualified Solicitor practising in the Immigration, Civil and Commercial departments of Ashton Ross Law. She undertook her LLB at the Anglia Ruskin University and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in London.Prior to joining the firm, Buket was engaged in legal practice for the Ministry of Defence in the UK. She has significant experience in public law matters having run a diverse and challenging case load of both litigation and immigration cases.Having worked for the government, Buket has an in-depth understanding of how governmental bodies interact and engage with the private sector and has developed a wide network of varied contacts. In particular, Buket draws on her skills and experience in the public sector to assist her undertake effective instructions for her private practice matters.At the present time, Buket is developing and further expanding her private client base and is now excited to engage with the legal issues affecting companies and private individuals.In her spare time, Buket enjoys pilates and is currently training to become an instructor in the field. She is also an avid reader and traveller who enjoys visiting unusual global destinations.Buket is a dual national – Turkish and British. She speaks fluent Turkish.
