Lesley Webb is an Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths and the managing partner of Callin Wild LLC. Lesley was called to the Manx Bar in September 2001 and became a partner in the predecessor firm to Callin Wild in 2005. She served as a member of Council of the Isle of Man Law Society from 2010 to 2014 and sat as a deputy Chair to the Employment Tribunal between 2013 and 2020.As a result of the dedication of Callin Wild to proving the full range of legal services in the local market Lesley trained as a general practitioner giving her insight into a wide range of legal issues.Lesley principally deals with commercial transactions both with Isle of Man entities and those international transactions where Isle of Man advice is required and commercial property transactions mostly within the local market.Lesley has been involved in a number of high profile local corporate acquisitions and disposals (either by way of shares or assets) and is experienced in providing legal and practical advice in a variety corporate and commercial transactions.Lesley regularly acts for financial institutions (including alternative lenders) and borrowers across a variety of sectors on high-value, multi-jurisdictional financing (and refinancing) transactions and has significant experience advising on real estate financings (acquisition and development facilities), syndicated lending and senior/mezzanine facilities.To compliment her corporate and commercial practice Lesley additionally represents commercial landlords letting property in the Isle of Man commercial property market and has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial lease terms.
