Robin is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Robin was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2012 as a member of Middle Temple. Following the successful completion of his Guernsey Advocate qualifications, Robin was called as an Advocate of the Royal Court in 2018. Before joining AFR Advocates, Robin gained a number of years’ experience at a global offshore law firm, specialising in cross-jurisdictional trust disputes and insolvencies. In addition to this, he has also worked at the Office of the Children’s Convenor in Guernsey, advising on public matters relating to childcare and youth justice. In his role at AFR, Robin advises in relation to all aspects of contentious civil and commercial litigation, including high net worth trust disputes, divorce and family law. Robin also has experience in employment, personal injury, and general contractual and tortious disputes. He enjoys the strategy required to win complex arguments and thrives under the pressure of the Courtroom environment.
