Luka joined the team in 2022 during his studies.Luka participates in drafting legal opinions and contracts, due diligence exercises and assists in preparing transaction documentation. The focus of his research is the energy sector, as he provides support in advising clients on major infrastructure projects in the renewable energy sector. He is also a part of the dispute resolution team, especially in the field of public subsidies and commercial disputes.He has published several papers, primarily in the field of European law, and has received a Rector’s award and multiple Dean’s awards for his success in his studies, as well as the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency’s (HANFA) annual best student papers award for his paper on the topic of DeFi.Luka received his master’s degree from the University of Zagreb as the highest ranked student of his generation (summa cum laude, valedictorian).
