Me Bertrand graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Sherbrooke in 2017 and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2018. During his law degree, he also completed a second-cycle diploma in Common Law (Juris Doctor) in 2017.After practicing in various law firms in family law and civil/commercial litigation, Me Bertrand began a solo practice in 2020 before joining Thibodeau Avocats in April 2021.He now primarily focuses his practice on civil litigation and commercial law. Me Bertrand is also regularly called upon to argue cases before the Administrative Tribunal of Housing. Coming from an agricultural entrepreneurial background, he has a solid understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and always prioritizes an approach in the best interest of his clients, whether through alternative dispute resolution methods or, when necessary, through judicial proceedings.
