Diane earned her Legal Education Certificate from Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago. She also obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of Guyana. After completing her legal studies, Diane earned a Certificate in Oil, Gas, and Mining Governance from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and a postgraduate diploma in International Oil, Gas, and Energy Law from London Metropolitan University. Diane is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and Guyana, South America.

Before joining Stange Law Firm, specializing in family and divorce law in Columbia, Missouri, Diane recently worked as an independent international consultant for the extractive sector and as a general practitioner in private practice in Guyana, where she provided legal representation in civil, divorce, and family matters. She worked on case strategies collaboratively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes and ensure client needs were met. Prior to that, she spent five years serving as Deputy National Director and Legal Officer for the Ministry of Natural Resources in Guyana. Diane also spent eight years working as a paralegal and research assistant for IBIS Chambers in Guyana, where she developed key skills in legal research, trial preparation, and client interviews.

Outside of her legal work, Diane enjoys spending time with her two sons, traveling to new places, going to the gym, and practicing yoga. She is also a big fan of comedy.
