Dušan Pejkić is a partner at TSG Law Firm Belgrade.

Dušan represents national and international clients before the courts and other competent authorities in the Republic of Serbia. He has extensive experience in a varied and dynamic work environment and handles complex legal issues from various perspectives.

Dušan Pejkić advises his clients in the following areas of specialization: Litigation, mediation, arbitration, international debt collection, real estate and construction law, foreign investments and public aids, business law, corporate law, banking and foreign exchange operations, criminal law, administrative offenses, and economic offenses.

He has worked for years as an in-house lawyer at Eos Matrix, where he began his legal career. Dušan is actively involved in the processes of reform and optimization of the legislative and regulatory framework in Serbia. On September 15, 2023, Dušan Pejkić was elected vice-president of the Real Estate Working Group within AmCham Serbia.
