Al Marouqi Ahmed

Ahmed is an associate in our dispute resolution department, having obtained his law degree in 2019. A bilingual lawyer with proven experience in litigation resolution, Ahmed has the ability to handle a variety of litigation and arbitration matters, ranging from commercial disputes to cases involving insurance, construction, and employment.

Ahmed represents clients in both domestic and international disputes related to oil, shipping, transportation, platform incidents, and the environmental impact of oil and gas. He also advises on contentious and non-contentious maritime law issues, including bills of lading, towing, piloting, and collision cases.

Ahmed previously worked as a Contracts and Legal Affairs Officer for the Ministry of Defense and spent four years as an associate at an international law firm before joining Bait Al Qanoon.
