KÕIV Taavi

Taavi advises clients in matters relating to corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory compliance and licensing. He has experience in advising clients regarding corporate reorganization, cross-border mergers, and contractual issues, such as financing and option agreements.

Taavi also advises clients in the incorporation and management of various legal entities and investment funds (limited partnerships and EuVECA’s).

Previously Taavi has taken part in the highly reputable Telders moot court competition. In 2017 Taavi participated as a member of the Estonian representative team and in 2018 acted as a trainer for the Estonian representative team.

Taavi has also participated in a recognized summer course in the field of European private law organized by the University of Salzburg.
