Agnes offers comprehensive advice on capital market law in general, both regulatory matters and capital market transactions (IPOs, rights issues and private placements). Her expertise also covers private equity investments, financial services and general company law.

She assists clients in a wide variety of industries, including equity funds and financial and industrial undertakings.

Agnes is also Kromann Reumert’s knowledge ambassador in the field of capital market law. As such, she is responsible for promoting the sharing of knowledge of the field, both internally within our organisation and with the outside world.Background
