Markus Ulrik Leding offers expert advice to Danish and international clients on financing and M&A matters, in particular in connection with renewable energy projects.

Markus has extensive experience in project finance, company law and M&A, notably in the green energy sector. He has been involved in projects and transactions around the world, including the Greater Changua project in Taiwan, which will provide green energy to one million Taiwanese homes, and the world’s largest wind farm, Hornsea II, off the coast of Yorkshire, which will supply 1.4 million UK homes with power.

Markus has a wide network in both Brazil, where he has worked, and in the UK, where he was seconded to Kromann Reumert’s London office for a period.
