MROHS HELBO Louise

Louise Mrohs Helbo is a competition and procurement law specialist.

Louise serves Danish and international clients in the field of procurement law, assisting i.a. in checking the quality of their tender documents and representing them in complaints proceedings before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

She is also an experienced adviser on issues involving vertical and horizontal restraints and abuse of dominance. Also, Louise regularly assists client in the drafting and filing of multi-jurisdictional merger notifications.

Finally, Louise represents clients in lawsuits, including in competition law disputes.

Louise has previously worked in the private sector, where she developed particular expertise in compliance programmes and company and commercial law matters. She therefore draws on the experience and commercial insight from this work when acting for clients.
