JAVOR Anamarija

Anamarija specializes in corporate transactions with a focus on acquisitions, mergers, and sales of companies, while also advising clients on various aspects of competition law. Additionally, she specializes in transactions related to the private equity industry. In her projects, she covers various legal areas, especially in the sectors of intellectual property and information technology. She also provides legal advice in the field of real estate law, with a focus on the energy sector.

She graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Zagreb as one of the highest-ranking students (magna cum laude) and was the speaker at her graduation ceremony (valedictorian). She also passed the bar exam with high distinction. As a student, she spent one semester at the prestigious Law Faculty of Leiden University.
