Natalie also has extensive experience in written advocacy and can assist with a variety of applications, including temporary resident permits, criminal rehabilitation, pre-removal risk assessments, procedural fairness responses, study permits, visitor visas, and humanitarian and compassionate applications.

During her legal studies, Natalie was a founding member of the Pro Bono Group and contributed to the establishment of the University of Birmingham's free legal advice clinic and the StreetLaw program, aimed at providing access to justice for low-income individuals.

Natalie is a lecturer at Queen's University, where she teaches the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law program. She played a key role in developing the curriculum and course content for this new program.
