Alexandra is experienced in dispute resolution, including corporate disputes, debt collection disputes, challenging deals, disputes regarding conclusion and termination of contracts, as well as in cases of appeal against decisions and actions of state authorities, enforcement proceedings and economic insolvency (bankruptcy).

Professional experience:

• acted in a number of major corporate disputes, including those related to alienation of shares (stakes in the charter capital), inheritance of shares (stakes), participation in settlement of  disputes related to challenging decisions of general meetings of participants (shareholders) of business companies, recovery of actual share value, compulsion to introduce amendments to the charter, etc;

• engagement in the settlement of disputes over debt collection both on the part of the creditor and debtor under the contracts of service provision, supply, construction, commission agreements, loan agreements, cession, etc;

• providing legal assistance in cases of challenging various deals (purchase and sale, mortgage, surety, etc.) both on the plaintiff’s and defendant’s side, as well as in cases of termination of contracts, recognition of contracts as unconcluded;

• participation in protecting clients’ interests during enforcement proceedings and in cases of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) both on the side of the debtor and creditor;

• providing legal assistance during recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments on the territory of Belarus;

• consulting on issues of judicial risks assessment, participation in a number of major Legal Due Diligence projects.

 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University;

• Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University.
