  • M&A transaction for USD 1,000,000 (in the interest of a foreign producer and supplier of industrial and medical gases).
  • A complex M&A transaction with modifications to an investment agreement for EUR 1,650,000 (in the interest of a foreign operator of an alternative energy facility).
• Management of a number of legal due diligence projects, including major projects implemented in the interest of:
  • A large retail chain,
  • A producer of children's dairy products,
  • A Belarusian office of an international IT company,
  • A leading provider of systems integration services,
  • A large national oil extraction equipment manufacturer.
• Supervision of a pilot project for recruiting strategic investors for public companies (construction pool: 4 companies) implemented by the National Investment and Privatization Agency with the support of the World Bank.
