In 2000, Noor Radhi was admitted to the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs of Bahrain as a practicing lawyer. In 2012, she was admitted to the Court of Cassation of Bahrain.

Experience and Responsibilities (October 1999 – present):

Noor Radhi is the Head of the Banking and Finance Group at Hassan Radhi & Associates and leads the banking team within the firm. She is highly qualified and proficient in the banking rules and regulations of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and the Bahrain Stock Exchange. Noor is a detail-oriented banking lawyer with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. She has solid, long-standing practical experience working with major banks and financial institutions.

Noor has been involved in numerous due diligence processes and facility agreements and has a remarkable ability to draft legal opinions on various legal aspects with exceptional standards. In 2016, CHAMBERS GLOBAL awarded Noor Radhi the title of "Leading Individual" in Corporate & Finance and Dispute Resolution.

Noor works on a range of transactions involving capital markets, mergers, acquisitions, project finance, facility agreements, and also has experience in liquidation procedures, drafting legal agreements, advising on contracts, civil aviation law, commercial company law, copyright law, and labor law.

In addition to her banking experience, she is also specialized in corporate law, including company formation and registration, restructuring and liquidation, establishment of financial institutions, fund formation, preparing all relevant legal and statutory documents, conducting due diligence for existing companies, and corporate acquisitions. She has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.
