LÓPEZ HORISCHNIK Xavier

He holds a Master's degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and is engaged in continuous training, having practiced as a lawyer since 2004.

He is a member of two committees of the Andorran Bar Association.

He specializes in civil procedural law (with a particular focus on labor law), administrative law, and fundamental rights. His clients include public administrations, large and small businesses, banks, trade unions, individuals, and associations, and he has handled national legal proceedings with significant public and media impact.

He is passionate about law and has wanted to practice as a lawyer since his youth. In every case he participates in, he fights to the end for his clients' interests, which he considers paramount in his work. He believes in the rigor of his work, as well as in loyalty and trust between the client and the lawyer. To achieve this, he continuously informs his clients about the status of their cases and the chances of success.

He is familiar with how our courts function and the particularities of each judicial section, which allows him to tailor each case to the specifics of each section. His experience with all types of clients and cases has given him a comprehensive view of the law and enables him to provide a personalized service where the client's interest is always the priority.
