MILOSEVIC Maxime

Maksim is a versatile business lawyer who advises numerous domestic and international clients on general corporate law, commercial law, and real estate law, while particularly specializing in corporate mandates involving regulatory and administrative law elements. He is highly experienced in representing clients before Serbian state authorities and is able to guide clients through complex regulatory requirements with ease, providing them with effective solutions.

In recent years, Maksim has also advised several leading clients on legal issues related to traditional energy sources and investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

He holds an LLB and an LL.M. from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and is a member of the Belgrade Bar.
