Armughan is a Senior Partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets team and is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales. He regularly advises companies on their IPOs, cross-border acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures, and restructurings. He has advised both listed and private companies on asset acquisitions and disposals. Prior to joining AMJ, Armughan worked as a Senior Lawyer in the Corporate and Capital Markets teams at Surridge & Beecheno in Pakistan. He is also registered as a lawyer with the High Courts of Pakistan.
