N. Sivananthan Datuk

Datuk N. Sivananthan, the Founding Partner of the Firm, has 29 years of experience in the field of criminal law and regularly represents both individual and corporate clients in complex securities offences, white-collar crimes, corruption charges and general offences under the Penal Code. He provides a wide range of services from advisory work to appearances at all levels of the Malaysian courts. His versatility as a criminal lawyer also extends to handling environmental and preventive detention matters. An experienced litigator, Datuk N. Sivananthan works tirelessly towards the cause of his clients who are well served by his practical and hands-on approach in charting the best solutions possible.

Datuk N. Sivananthan is also the first Malaysian to be admitted as a counsel of the International Criminal Court based at The Hague. Outside of work, he enjoys diving and riding his Harley.
