PIAZZESI sirio

Mr. Sirio PIAZZESI, former President of the Bar Association, has been registered with the Nice Bar Association since December 1971.

He succeeded Master André SFAR, a former Deputy Mayor of Nice and lawyer at the Nice Bar.

From 1982 to 1995, he practiced as a partner within the SCP CARDIX CARLOTTI PIAZZESI, of which he was a founding member.

He has held numerous positions within representative organizations of the legal profession:

• President of the Nice Bar Association for the years 1996 and 1997
• Several terms as a member of the Nice Bar Association's Council
• Several terms as President of the CARPA of the Nice Bar (Caisse de Règlements Pécuniaires des Avocats – Lawyers' Financial Settlements Fund)
• Member of the UNCA (National Union of CARPAs)

He holds the National Specialization Diploma in the following areas:

• Banking and Stock Market Law
• Real Estate and Construction Law
