Tomás joined Allende & Brea in 2011 and became a partner in 2021.
He advises clients in general day-to-day corporate law matters and commercial agreements, focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as corporate reorganizations.
Between 2015 and 2016 he worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP law firm in New York, being admitted to practice in the State of New York.
He is a visiting professor at a graduate level, at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella’s Masters on Law and Economics, and at Universidad the Belgrano’s Masters on Corporations Law.
