Adam Blank is a Partner with Wofsey Rosen having been with the firm since 2007. His practice is focused in three areas: (1) he represents commercial property owners, developers and waterfront homeowners in land-use related matters; (2) he assists clients in real estate-based litigation including tax appeals; and (3) he represents seriously injured clients in personal injury matters. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Adam graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Magazine Journalism and Political Science, cum laude, in 1999. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor from University of Connecticut School of Law, with honors, in 2004. During law school, Adam served as Associate Editor of the Connecticut Law Review and Executive Director of the Connecticut Moot Court Board. He also won the CALI Awards for Excellence in Class Performance in Securities Regulation and in Judicial Independence.
Among other achievements, he was selected by his peers for inclusion in Connecticut Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2012 to 2017, and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Connecticut Super Lawyers every year since 2018. He also earned the designation of AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as one of Fairfield County Top “40 Under 40” Leaders in The Business Community by Fairfield County Business Journal. Adam has always believed in service to his community. He currently serves on the State of Connecticut Task Force to Study Fully Autonomous Vehicles and previously served on the CTLA Ad Hoc Committee to Study Fully Autonomous Vehicles as well as in a working group to study Autonomous Vehicles in Stamford. He also formerly served on Norwalk’s Zoning Commission (including as its Chair) and on Norwalk’s Aquifer Protection Agency. In addition, he previously served as co-President of his daughter’s school PTA, on Monroe’s Board of Finance, as Vice-Chairman of the Monroe Democratic Town Committee, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the South Norwalk Community Center, Inc., on the Fairfield County Bar Association board of Directors, on the Connecticut Bar Association’s House of Delegates, and as a mentor in the Champions Mentoring Program and Family and Children’s Agency Mentoring Program.
He is a member of the Connecticut and Fairfield Bar Associations, American Association for Justice, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
