By 14, he started competing in motocross and fell in love with the sport. As an amateur, he won nine Missouri State Championships. After graduating high school, he moved to Dallas, Texas, for a year before settling in Springfield, Missouri. During his time in Springfield, he worked to fund his college education, starting as a shipping and receiving manager, advancing to operations manager, and eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer for one of the top 50 Honda dealerships in the United States. He graduated with honors from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s in Criminology and a minor in Sociology.After completing his undergraduate studies, Ryan moved to Kansas City, where he enrolled at UMKC School of Law to pursue his passion for the legal system. After law school, Ryan worked at a law firm specializing in bankruptcy for several years before ultimately deciding to open his own firm, combining his business experience with his desire to provide the best legal representation for his clients.
