GR WARREN Mark

Mark GR Warren, born in Tyler, Texas, on December 4, 1958, was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1993, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in 1993, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 from the University of Texas at Tyler and his Juris Doctor in 1993 from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He was Phi Alpha Delta; a member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review from 1992 to 1993; a member of the Oklahoma City University Law School Moot Court Board from 1991 to 1993; City Prosecutor and Prosecuting Attorney for New Bloomfield, Missouri, from 1993 to 2003; City Prosecutor for Eldon, Missouri, from 2003 to 2009; City Prosecutor for Lake Ozark, Missouri, from 2004 to 2009; and co-author, with Ann Monaco Warren, of "Regulation of Insurance in Missouri," Missouri Bar Deskbook, Missouri Insurance Practice Manual, 5th Edition, 2004 Cumulative Supplement to Chapter 1 (2004). He is a member of the Missouri Bar and was president of the Insurance Law Committee, treasurer of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (2005-), and a member of the Jefferson City Rotary Club. Mr. Warren focuses on insurance regulation, insurance defense, and corporate law.
