I am an experienced reception specialist with a solid background in customer service and logistics. Proven ability to handle client communication, file management, and administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. I previously worked as a customer service representative at AT&T and as a logistics coordinator at Ryder, where I developed problem-solving skills, client relations expertise, and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments. I now apply these skills to ensure smooth operations and an excellent client experience at Benjamin Law Firm. Academically, I studied mechanical engineering and am currently pursuing studies in financial management, combining technical and financial knowledge to enhance my professional skills.
