Mr Abbasi is a Legal Adviser at Connaught’s specializing in Immigration and Asylum matters including entry clearance, deportation, European Union applications, work permits, Human rights, student applications, appeal and judicial review matters. He has over 8 years of experience in this area of law and with a mixed clientele of both individuals and companies. He works closely with numerous Queen’s counsels, senior counsels and chambers and is well-reputed for his professional attitude and integrity.

Mr Abbasi has an eye for detail and he is often instructed to scrutinise clients’ applications. He is frequently instructed to deal with complex matters in the area of business and personal immigration.

Mr Abbasi’s legal knowledge covers all applications under Immigration Rules and even outside Immigration Rules including but not limited to the stateless child matters, deception following TOEIC or Tier 1 cases, points-based system, and complex deportation matters.
