Prior to joining Branch Austin McCormick, Caroline was in a partner in a Legal 500 family Law team in the city of London.

Caroline listens to her clients and conducts her cases in a proactive and fair manner in a cost-effective way for her clients. She offers practical and realistic advice and if possible, strives to negotiate a settlement to avoid length and costly court proceedings.

She is a trained collaborative lawyer and is a keen advocate of resolving family disputes using this process.

Caroline appreciates that the breakdown of a relationship is a very difficult period and emotions can run high, especially when there are children concerned and/or the parties are in dispute over their assets and finances. She deals with such matters with a high degree of sensitivity and understanding.
