Since joining Saunders Law in 2020 Isabel has worked predominantly on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and associated civil claims, representing a number of survivors and bereaved families, and the UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry, in which she represents the Federation of Ethnic Minority Healthcare Organisations (“FEMHO”). Alongside these inquiries, Isabel has been developing a mixed practice caseload representing bereaved families at inquests and claimants in various civil actions against the police and public bodies.

Isabel is passionate about using the law to protect and promote human rights and equal access to justice for all. She is committed to supporting victims of injustice and to working with them, and on their behalf, to give voice to their experiences and to hold state and corporate officers and institutions to account where their actions and/or inactions have contributed to or caused failings, suffering and injustice.

Isabel holds a BA Combined Honours in Arts from Durham University. She subsequently completed her legal qualifications in London at BPP University Law School.

Isabel is a member of the Inquest Lawyers Group (ILG) and the Police Action Lawyers Group (PALG).
