Presentation

Christina has over ten years’ experience in public law and human rights, having represented a range of clients in inquests, public inquiries, police complaints, judicial review challenges and civil compensation claims.

Christina has a particular specialism in Public Inquiries, prior to joining Saunders Law, she worked at another London law firm representing multiple clients in the Undercover Policing Inquiry. The clients included i) women who were spied on and duped into sexual relationships with undercover officers; (ii) former and current Members of Parliament who were spied on by undercover officers; and (ii) bereaved families whose deceased loved ones’ identities were unlawfully used by undercover officers.

She has also worked on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry, the Child Sexual Abuse Inquiry and most recently, the Covid-19 Inquiry.

Alongside this work, Christina has a keen interest in civil claims involving police shootings, deaths in custody, violence against women and discrimination claims.

Christina is a member of the Police Action Lawyers’ Group, the Femicide Working Group and the Inquest Lawyers Group.
