AIREY Tom

Tom trained at a legal 500 firm in London qualifying in September 2019. He joined Saunders Law in 2021 as a solicitor in the Crime and Regulatory department. He assists clients with cases involving:

• Serious drug offences

• Sexual offences including rape and sexual assault

• Assaults

• Financial crime including complex fraud and Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings

• Private prosecutions

• Police station representation

• Removing cautions from criminal records

Tom also represents professional clients in regulatory matters before their professional bodies. He also assists clients whose bank accounts have been frozen.

Tom has a calm and approachable style and prides himself on his ability to present complex legal advice in a clear and understandable manner. With a background in Mental Health law and Clinical Negligence, he understands the importance of approaching representation and client care in a sensitive and empathetic way.
