Erik lead Hammarskiöld’s team negotiating Scania’s investments in Swedish (i) battery cell start-up Northvolt, and (ii) green steel plant start up H2GS, both of which included also long term billion SEK supply contracts for commercial vehicles. Erik also acts as counsel for several leading international underwriters of Warranties & Indemnities transaction insurances on the Swedish market.
