During his work on numerous due diligence reports, mainly in the field of corporate law, insurance law, but also in the field of business compliance in relation to the required permits for certain activities, Stefan has developed an individual approach to clients, which consists of a comprehensive analysis of the problem, finding a possible legal solution, but also guiding the client towards legal certainty.The ability to perceive the legal aspects of modern business has enabled Stefan to understand the needs of clients and to tailor legal advice to the specifics of each client.Throughout his career, Stefan Maljkovic has provided legal services to companies from Serbia and Montenegro, as well as to international companies that have considered the Republic’s market as a potential target for the expansion of their business.
