Master Lawyer Petar CVETKOVIĆ

Attorney Petar Cvetković has been a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina since October 13, 2006, when he enrolled as a trainee, and on May 11, 2009, he established his own office by joining the Bar Association of Vojvodina. He holds a Master of Legal Sciences degree and is a doctoral candidate. He has been the President of the Criminal Law Commission of the Bar Association of Vojvodina since 2017 and a member of the Working Group for Criminal Law of the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Serbia. He has published several professional and scientific papers and has presented papers at domestic and international conferences.He has been a long-time external collaborator of the Guberina-Marinkov Law Office, particularly in the field of intellectual property protection on the internet and in the digital world in general, in the field of high-tech crime, as well as in representing the office’s clients—both individuals and legal entities—in the territory of Vojvodina, where his expertise and knowledge of the local context have consistently led to positive outcomes for our clients.
