Vladimir Sanjevic graduated from The Faculty of Law, University of Pristina in 2004. After completing his studies he gained a vast working experience first in the Basic Court in Svilajnac and then as an associate and later as The deputy of Belgrade city Attorney.Starting in 2013 he worked in the Public utility company „Beogradske elektrane“and then in „Lukoil“Srbija doo, Belgrade, and „NIS“ ad Novi Sad. Working in these companies he specialized in real estate and corporate and construction law and worked on various projects which involved obtaining all necessary permits for construction and engineering; His expertise extends to drafting contracts regarding building and acquisitions, purchase and sale of real estate agreements as well as developing and managing Greenfield and Brownfield investment projects , analyzing and conducting due diligence of real estate properties; he also specializes in procedures for legalizing illegally constructed objects and all other transactions regarding real estate.He provides full legal assistance to clients in various legal areas such as litigation,extra-judicial proceedings, and bankruptcy proceedings, focusing on real estate and corporate law. He provides legal representation and advice  to a variety of clients: corporations, legal entities, and individuals, and develops and manages urban and construction projects.
