Al Rashdi Ali

Ali is an experienced lawyer with extensive expertise in resolving various disputes. Ali began his career at two international law firms in Oman and has been practicing law since graduating in 2006. In 2019, he co-founded Bait Al Qanoon, where he serves as the managing partner and leads the firm's dispute resolution team.

With a strong background in construction, criminal law, and shareholder disputes, Ali has represented clients in litigation at all levels of the legal system, including the courts of first instance, appeal courts, and the Supreme Court. He is also highly experienced in representing clients in arbitration disputes and has been an accredited arbitrator at the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre since 2016.

Ali handles complex construction disputes before courts and arbitration tribunals, representing developers, employers, contractors, and engineers. He also has extensive experience in criminal cases, including matters of breach of trust, fraud, and money laundering. Additionally, Ali has assisted clients in resolving partner conflicts, including conflicts of interest, breaches of shareholder agreements, and management disputes.
