CHAPONDA Prosper

Prosper Chaponda is a Principal Associate in the Litigation Department. He represents clients in
various proceedings at all levels of the Malawian judicial system. Prosper has litigation experience in
civil and criminal matters and has handled various matters ranging from taxation law, commercial
law, law of torts, family law, employment law and criminal law. He advises clients on various legal
issues and has attended numerous seminars and trainings in a number of areas of law, including but
not limited to: transfer pricing law and trial advocacy. Since he joined Savjani & Co., he has practiced
mainly in the area of ​​taxation law, working on behalf of multinational and local companies
