Presentation

Delphine's practice covers various aspects of labor law, both in advisory and litigation.

Accustomed to working in an international environment, Delphine applies her expertise to the day-to-day management of human resources for SMEs or subsidiaries of foreign groups that do not have HR departments in France, acting as an outsourced HR manager for these companies.

She also focuses on managing collective conflicts and the development of social dialogue. From the beginning of her career, she has worked on issues related to social protection and social security. Additionally, she has developed expertise in managing corporate restructurings and the social organization of companies.

In an ever-evolving legal environment, Delphine prioritizes a pragmatic and open approach to labor law, with particular attention to the specific needs of each client. Being mindful of the challenges faced by business owners, Delphine aims to provide tailored solutions and assist in decision-making through a pragmatic approach based on a deep understanding of the company, the client's expectations, and the economic and financial stakes of each case.

Delphine joined the Vatier Law Firm in January 2015. Prior to that, she worked at Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, Alérion, and Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle & Associés, and had founded her own firm, RMDA, before joining Vatier.
