Amélie Vatier leads our Real Estate team.

Amélie specializes in construction law, commercial and residential leases, and co-ownership law.

In each of these areas:

• She supports her clients in drafting contracts and mandates and has developed strong expertise in commercial and residential lease law. She also provides assistance during the due diligence phase of acquisitions involving companies owning real estate assets.
• She represents her clients in all types of procedures. Construction law plays a significant role in her practice. She assists clients both in the preliminary stages (preventive injunctions) and during the construction phases, as well as for any disputes arising after the completion of the project.

Her clients include both private operators (construction financiers, banks, developers, planners, social landlords, real estate companies, project managers, property managers, associations) and public (local authorities, public institutions) or semi-public entities (mixed-economy companies) involved in complex construction and development projects.

Amélie previously worked at Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés (LPA) and Fischer, Tandeau de Marsac, Sur Associés (FTMS).
