JAAFAR Delphine

Delphine dedicates her work to providing legal support to all public and private stakeholders in the healthcare sector: healthcare institutions and companies, manufacturers and distributors of medical devices, healthcare professionals, and healthcare industry players.

With a background in public law and over 20 years of experience in understanding the regulatory, economic, and technological environment of the healthcare sector, she works in advisory, litigation, and training roles.

She is regularly called upon for complex projects and operations, and dedicates part of her activity to supporting operators in structuring and/or restructuring their offerings in the healthcare market for products and services.

Delphine positioned herself early on in the field of digital health, pioneering the development of new contractual frameworks in this area.

A former Secretary of the Paris Bar Conference, she received exceptional training in criminal law and has applied this expertise to her clients in the healthcare sector.

Her international perspective is a cornerstone of her professional practice. She founded and developed an Africa Desk dedicated to healthcare law, building multiple partnerships with six law firms based in Abidjan, Bamako, Lomé, Luanda, Niamey, and Yaoundé.

Delphine joined the Vatier Law Firm in May 2017. Prior to that, she was a partner at Bismuth Law Firm (Paris/Lyon) in 2014, and before that, at the Ricard Demeure & Associés Law Firm (2010), which later became Enjea Avocats. Delphine began her career at the Dupichot Lagarde Bothorel & Associés Law Firm while also being seconded to the legal department of the National Center for Hospital Expertise (CNEH) under Madame Claude Bergoignan Esper.
