Bernard Vatier leads our Arbitration and White Collar Crime teams, as well as our Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

Bernard has developed his expertise in corporate law, both commercial law and company law, in both legal and judicial aspects, and has expanded his practice to include financial criminal law.

His expertise in insolvency has led him to handle significant corporate restructuring cases.

In the field of arbitration, he acts both as a lawyer and as an arbitrator.

His professional engagements, particularly in the area of professional policy, contribute to a rich international practice, where his experience and expertise are widely recognized.

He has taught corporate law and financial criminal law at ESSEC.
