Ahmed is an Associate in the corporate compliance team.Ahmed reviews company policies and practices on a regular basis to ensure that all are in compliance; furthermore, he maintains good relationships with the relevant governmental authorities which assist to have direct communications with them in relation to the clients' projects.Ahmed is focusing his experience in handling all legal and corporate compliance requirement for our clients including but not limited to obtaining work permits and visa for expats, assisting clients in obtaining required licenses and permits form the different governmental authorities including dealing with the Egyptian Tax Authority, Social Insurance Ministry, Egyptian Federation for Construction & Building Contractors (EFCBC),New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and the General Organization For Export & Import Control (GOEIC).
