LIND Aleksander

Aleksander represents and advises municipalities and authorities in particular on the law of damages and social security law. Aleksander has conducted numerous cases before district courts and the High Court for a large number of municipalities all over Denmark. He provides advice to and represents municipalities in particular in cases involving liability for damages, social security law, public administrative law, inter-municipal reimbursement and liability under the European Convention on Human Rights. He is also experienced in assisting municipalities and authorities with handling large sets of linked cases and reducing the backlog of work. His experience also includes the development and implementation of digital products to optimise the legal work and document processes of municipalities. Aleksander is also experienced in training employees with municipalities, regions, authorities, agencies and authorities in litigation.
