With over 30 years of experience as a lawyer, Mads Roikjer has worked on all aspects of real estate, including transactions, project development, construction law, and commercial leases. In this context, Mads has been involved in a large number of transactions related to complex and large real estate portfolios and has also led numerous cases in real estate and commercial relations before both ordinary courts and the Arbitration Council for Construction and Building. Mads joined Winsløw as a partner in the spring of 2024, after being a partner at Gangsted Advokatfirma.

Mads' long experience is reflected in a particularly practical, direct, and solution-oriented approach to cases, with advice deeply rooted in the client's daily business reality.
