Philip Klein
Philip has in-depth experience and expertise in business and corporate law, advising both established and startup companies, including business owners and investors. Additionally, Philip specializes in bankruptcy and insolvency law, with extensive experience in handling bankruptcy estates, including acting as a trustee. He also has broad experience in areas such as the purchase and sale of real estate, business transfers, employment law, as well as litigation and arbitration.

Philip was seconded to Danske Bank's legal department from May 2012 to September 2013. During this time, he worked on nearly all types of tasks related to general banking law, as well as more business and commercial-oriented tasks, including in the areas of press, marketing, and business development.

Philip also has leadership experience from his time in the Royal Danish Guard (2000-2002), and in 2002, he was deployed to Kosovo with KFOR Unit 6. Since September 2012, Philip has been affiliated with the Danish Armed Forces Reserve (REFØ) as a group leader.
