DVOJKOVIĆ Ivan

Ivan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, where he represents public and private companies in a variety of transactions. Ivan is experienced in acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, hostile takeovers, and shareholder activism. He regularly advises boards on different governance issues and crisis situations. Ivan also advises on all aspects of competition law with a particular focus on cartel investigations. He has successfully defended clients in some of the largest cartel cases in Croatia, and provides advice on all types of competition law issues, including merger control, abuse of dominance, and restrictive agreements. Ivan is specifically recommended in leading professional directories. He is fluent in English and Croatian and holds the Executive MBA from the IEDC-Bled School of Management in Slovenia.
